Intimacy.Judged

This work converts a private journal into a system of evaluation and erasure.

Personal entries written and voiced by the artist are processed by an artificial intelligence model. Tone and context are removed, fragments are reorganized, and each entry is assigned a verdict of confidence or doubt.

Two looping CRT-style videos present the results. One generates four-second AI images as visual “memories,” while the other shows the artist writing, accompanied by her recorded voice. Nearby, a pen plotter prints selected entries in real time. Not every entry is printed. Some appear incomplete, others disappear entirely.

The resulting archive is unstable: a record shaped less by emotion than by statistical trust. The work examines what happens when personal memory becomes computational data when remembering, forgetting, and judgment are delegated to a system.
